After nearly two decades in the courtroom, first as a trial lawyer and then as a judge, Mike Schless began what has become a full time alternative dispute resolution practice in 1992. For many years Mike has provided alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to meet the demand for dispute resolution outside of the courtroom setting.
