Scheduling

We provide the services necessary to assist in determining the most appropriate ADR process to address a dispute, and to schedule it for you. We offer a full range of dispute resolution methods including mediation, arbitration, "arb-med", special judging, and others. We offer all of those services either in person, or online. We are happy to work with you to determine which process and method best meets your needs. We ask that you provide the names of each participant (parties and counsel) and the complete contact information for each attorney. If the case is pending in court, we request the cause number and style of the case as well.
